Bigen follows a policy of localisation and indigenisation in the countries of operation. Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) is an essential aspect of operating in South Africa. Our BEE procurement recognition level of 135% and Level 1 Contributor status means that our clients can claim, as BEE procurement ‘spend’, recognition for 135% of every Rand spent on our services.
