Known and respected in the industry as a dedicated Project manager consistently exceeding performance objectives, Onalenna Vilakazi is perfectly suited to the role of Sub- Regional Manager of the Group’s Northern Cape & Free State infrastructure development projects.

Onalenna Vilakazi is an accomplished Project Manager with over 18 years of experience in project management, consulting and supply chain management across various industries. Currently serving as the Project Manager for Bigen’s Northern Cape infrastructure development projects, she is well-suited to assist clients in driving socio-economic change in the province. Onalenna’s expertise and dedication have consistently exceeded performance objectives and she is a highly valued member of Bigen’s Northern Cape team.

Prior to joining Bigen, Onalenna held various roles in companies such as Accenture, Eskom and Africon, where she developed her skills and expertise in project management, supply chain management and construction contracts.

She completed a Master’s degree in Town and Regional Planning and has undertaken various industry-related training programs, including the Middle Management Programme at Henley Business School and the Business-driven Action Learning Programme at the Gordon Institute of Business Science.

Onalenna’s excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable her to liaise effectively with planners, authorities, clients, suppliers and contractors. She is a member of the Ethics Institute of South Africa, the Supply Chain Professionals in Africa and the South African Council for Planners.
