International Mandela Day 2023

Mandela Day is a time when we reflect on the extraordinary legacy of Nelson Mandela and the values he embodied: compassion, unity, and service to humanity. It serves as a reminder that each of us has the power to create change and uplift those in need.

In line with this, at Bigen, we have partnered with The Gift of the Givers Foundation, the largest disaster response non-governmental organization of African origin on the African continent. Their presence is aimed at bringing hope and restoring dignity to the most vulnerable.

As we embark on this meaningful day, we are proud to share that our Mandela Day initiative has made a significant difference. Through the incredible support of our staff, we have collected over 100 blankets to provide warmth and comfort to those affected by the recent natural disasters our country has faced. These contributions have brought hope to individuals and communities facing adversity.

We reaffirm our commitment to making a positive difference not just on this special day but every day as we continue to work towards doing good while doing business.
